Biography

Monica is a Reno native and is a Nevada-licensed civil law attorney with over 10 years of experience in both state and federal court.

She returned to Reno after law school and started my career with the Washoe County Public Defender’s Office in the Family Court Division. After serving as a Deputy Public Defender for several years, she relocated to California where she practiced family law and insurance defense.

During her time in California, she served as a Nevada staff attorney for both small and large law firms in the San Francisco Bay and Los Angeles Areas. She returned to Reno in 2011, where she continues to practice insurance defense and family law.

Her current practice focuses primarily on family law, but has expanded to include estate planning and business law to enhance the practice and meet the growing needs of her clientele.

Morgan Hurley is an emerging attorney who brings a fresh perspective and unwavering enthusiasm to the legal profession. Born and raised in the small town of Fallon, Nevada, Morgan developed a deep appreciation for family values and community, which greatly influenced her career choice in estate and family law.
